FAN-SHOT MATCH HIGHLIGHTS, OFFICIALLY LICENSED

Thousands of phones film your matchday. Not one clip is monetised, or on your channels.

12th Man turns every seat into a camera position. Fans film the moments they are living, tag them, and your club posts a fan-POV highlights reel on its own channels. Content no broadcast camera can shoot, shared by the fans who are in it, with every contributor earning club-store rewards.

WHAT THE FAN DOES

Scan. Film. Tag. Earn.

Scan the seat

A QR sticker on every seat. The phone’s own camera opens the page, and the seat becomes the camera position: stand, block, row.

Film the moment

Up to thirty seconds, captured in the page. The phone scores its own footage for steadiness, light and action before anything uploads.

Tag it

Goal, save, penalty, celebration, crowd. The tag comes after recording stops, so they watch the match, not the label. Tags are verified against the scoring feed.

Earn on use

Rewards land when a clip makes the published reel, redeemable in the club store. And fans come back to your channels to find themselves in the cut.

THE EDITORIAL TRICK

One goal. Four stands. Four angles.

Every clip records which stand it was filmed from. So when forty fans film the same goal, you do not get forty copies of one shot. You get the same three seconds from four different camera positions around your ground, ready to cut together like a broadcast replay.

1Behind the goal

The closest view of the finish: the net bulging a few metres from the lens.

2The halfway line

The whole move from the side: the run, the pass and the strike in one frame.

3The far end

The same goal from the opposite end of the pitch, with the away crowd going silent around the phone.

4Turned to the crowd

One fan films the stand instead of the pitch: two thousand people erupting at once.

And football gives one seat two camera positions: over ninety minutes the same fan films their team attacking at one end and defending at the other. A season ticket is a fixed camera that covers both goals. One afternoon of football becomes a week of posts.

THE AI ENGINE

Thousands of clips in. Ready-to-post reels out.

A home fixture produces more footage than any media team could ever watch. Our AI watches all of it: filtering, verifying and assembling, so your team only ever reviews finished cuts.

FILTER

Scored before it uploads

AI on the fan’s own phone rates every clip for steadiness, light and visible action while it records. Weak footage is filtered out before it even touches the network.

VERIFY

Matched to the real moment

Every tag is checked against the live match feed, and clips of the same moment are clustered together, whichever stand they came from.

SELECT

The best angle wins

For each moment, the AI ranks every clip on quality and camera position, picks the strongest, and keeps the rest as alternate angles for the multi-angle cut.

ASSEMBLE

More than one reel

The winning clips are compiled into finished cuts: the full-match reel, a multi-angle replay of the goal, a crowd-reaction edit. Your team approves each one before it posts.

Proven at the top of sport. New in the stands.

AI-cut highlights are not an experiment: they have produced match content for top-flight basketball, tennis, cricket and football broadcasts for years. Every one of those systems points at broadcast cameras. We take the same proven engine one step further and point it at the ground’s largest camera network: the crowd.

FOR CLUBS

Licensed, or it doesn’t exist.

We never publish match footage without a rights holder. 12th Man is infrastructure your club switches on: your competition, your licence, your channels, your sponsor. Fans grant a licence in plain language at capture, and every clip carries its consent record.
MARKETING & DIGITAL

First-party matchday content

Fans share the reel they appear in and tag the friends they sat with: reach, follower growth and time spent where you own the audience.

PARTNERSHIPS

A sponsorable asset

The reel is discrete inventory with a presenting partner: impressions delivered, equivalent ad value, and crowd emotion no production house can shoot.

RETAIL

Rewards pull fans into the store

Contributors redeem rewards against merchandise: store traffic and basket size with a hard number attached. Rewards are never cash.

THE PILOT

One fixture. One stand. One number.

We print stickers for one stand, seed a group of your fans, and run a closed pilot at one home match. Footage captured, nothing published. It produces the one number that decides everything: the share of submitted clips good enough to publish. If it is high, the season build is worth funding. If it is low, you learned it for the price of one afternoon.
